Our RentCafe Resident Payment Portal offers Free online ACH (E-check) payments. This new and convenient payment option is available -or- you may continue to pay at the office by paper check.
We recommend that our residents pay by free bank draft or paper check options above. However, as an alternative payment method, Rentcafe also allows residents to pay by credit card or debit card, subject to the convenience fees charged by Rentcafe, the 3rd party provider. Please don’t use credit/debit card option, as the third party provider charges fees. (They collect and keep those fees, unrelated to us). We want you to get the free option, so please use ACH bank draft if you pay online.
How to Sign-up for the Rentcafe Resident Portal
1. Send us an e-mail to info@LadyLakeVillage.com and let us know which e-mail address you want associated with your account.
2. In the e-mail, ask us to send you the Sign-Up Link
3. We will reply and let you know we have initiated the sign-up link.
4. Look for the e-mail signup link from Rentcafe in your inbox and then follow the link to sign-up. Make sure to look in your spam folder if you don't see it.
E-mail us if you have questions about signing up for the portal. However, the portal payments are directed by you the user. Our site managers are unable to sign you up for electronic payments. If you have any trouble, you are always welcome to pay the by check the regular way. Thanks!
